We are looking Quality Engineer in Powder coating unit in leading Manufacturing Industries.
Responsibilities
- Process Monitoring: Supervise pretreatment (degreasing, phosphating/ceramic coating) and curing temperatures to ensure, consistent quality.
- Quality Inspection & Testing: Measure Dry Film Thickness (DFT), perform adhesion tests (cross-hatch), and evaluate gloss and color consistency.
- Defect Identification & Remediation: Inspect for blistering, orange peel, and peeling defects, conducting root cause analysis (RCA).
- Documentation & Standards: Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation for audits. Ensure compliance with ISO or customer-specific standards.
- Equipment Control: Monitor the performance of spray guns, booths, conveyors, and curing ovens.
