- Shift Supervision: Direct, schedule, and assign daily tasks to engineering staff and technicians to ensure 24/7 facility coverage.
- Training & Mentoring: Train subordinates on proper equipment operation, safety protocols, and brand standards.
- Performance Management: Monitor team productivity, provide constructive feedback, and assist in hiring or evaluating team members
- Equipment Upkeep: Supervise and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Guest Requests: Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance calls from Housekeeping, Front Desk, or guests to minimize disruption.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular walk-throughs of guest rooms, public areas,



and back-of-house facilities to proactively identify and fix defects
- Safety Protocols: Ensure all maintenance work complies with local Health & Safety specifications and hotel fire/life-safety standards.
- Incident Response: Follow property-specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., power outages, fire alarms, or plumbing leaks).
- Hazard Identification: Identify and immediately correct unsafe work conditions or equipment malfunctions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
