JSenior Front-End Developer About the Role

This role is with UST, a global digital transformation solutions company, and is part of a team delivering technology solutions for a client project. The successful candidate will work closely with UST delivery teams and client stakeholders to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

- Actively contribute to the architecture and design of application platforms.

- Consistently contribute code, identify and suggest improvements, write tests, and participate in code reviews.

- Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to gather feedback, shape technical requirements, and maintain the project roadmap.

- Coordinate development efforts across projects with intermediate and junior developers.

- Debug production issues quickly and effectively with a focus on improving long-term maintainability.

- Ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional development experience with React and Node.js.

- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong eye for design and solid CSS skills.





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid sense of ownership.

- Experience working with document and relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).

- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.

- Some experience leading or coordinating development work with other developers.

- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
