About the company: Brand Kettle Build Spaces (A venture of Brand Kettle Project Limited) is a design, build and furnish company specializing in retail fit-outs, commercial interiors, custom furniture and residential interior solutions.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build industry relationships and generate residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and business opportunities for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and project discussions.
- Identify upcoming residential, retail and commercial projects in the market.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals and quotations.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects and ongoing opportunities.



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding. Achieve monthly business development and lead generation targets.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in interiors, furniture, construction, real estate, building materials or fit-outs preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and client interactions.
- Familiarity with the Indore market is preferred. Own vehicle preferred.
