About the Role

Bhima Jewels is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sales Executive to join our team at the Kodungallur showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong jewellery sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable jewellery collections.
- Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Silver, Platinum, and other jewellery collections.
- Guide customers on product features, pricing, offers, and after-sales services.
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensure attractive product displays.
- Support junior sales executives through guidance and on-the-job coaching.
- Maintain accurate product handling, stock movement, and showroom standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Handle customer concerns professionally to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- MInimum Plus two.




- Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude and appearance.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent selling and closing skills.
- Strong product knowledge in jewellery.
- Ability to build customer loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.
