Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Kia showroom in Pollachi. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales and possess good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new customer enquiries through showroom walk-ins, referrals, tele-calling, and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Kia vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers to customers.
- Conduct effective test drives and provide a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert prospects into bookings and vehicle sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration,



and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM/DMS system.
- Participate in local marketing activities and customer engagement programs.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Automobile Sales or a related sales role.
- Experience in automobile dealership sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/DMS systems.
- Local candidates from Pollachi and nearby areas are highly preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
