The role We're looking for one person who can own growth end to end. Not someone who "handles social media" — someone who grows it. You'll run strategy and production for Instagram and YouTube: what we shoot, why it will perform, how it gets made, and what the numbers say afterward.

What you'll own

- Growth strategy for Instagram and YouTube — reach, followers, subscribers, watch time. The numbers are your scoreboard.
- Content planning — ideation, hooks, formats, and a calendar that's built on what the data says, not guesswork.
- Scriptwriting — long-form videos, Reels, and Shorts that hold attention.
- Shoot planning and production — plan shoot days at our Faridabad studio, run them, and get every planned piece in the can.
- Talent and team coordination — brief on-camera talent, work with our editors, and make sure what was planned is what gets shot and shipped.
- Analytics — track retention, CTR,



and growth weekly; kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.

Who we're looking for

- You've grown an Instagram page or YouTube channel before — yours or a brand's — and you can show the numbers.
- You understand both platforms at the algorithm level: hooks, retention, thumbnails, titles, posting cadence, trends.
- You can write scripts people actually watch to the end.
- You're comfortable on a shoot floor — planning it, running it, problem-solving on the spot.
- You're organised enough to coordinate talent, editors, and deadlines without being chased.
- Bonus: you understand the men's self-improvement / creator space also have editing skills
