Senior Architect – Design & Development

Reports To: Project Manager | Job Level: Senior Architect | Position Type: Full time | Location: Noida, India

Position Summary:

As an Architect, you will have to design, develop and detail commercial & residential projects as per the requirement and Liaisoning with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.

Minimum Requirements:

- B. Arch. with 4+ years’ relevant experience in working drawings of High-rise residential & Commercial projects.
- Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D).
- Be passionate about buildings and the built environment.
- Experience with computational design.
- Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating building designs and detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computeraided design (CAD) applications.
- To design and develop commercial & residential projects as per the inputs.
- Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.




- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections and compile project specifications.
- Site visits to check on project status and report on project.
- To maintain proper drawing records for company as per norms and to select of materials.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
- Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
