Job Description – Accounts and finance manager
Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid)

Company is a fast-growing business consulting and coaching organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and businesses scale through strategic guidance, operational excellence, and performance-driven solutions. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and profitability.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and business performance insights.
- Support leadership with financial planning and strategic decision-making.




- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced), and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
