SENIOR ARCHITECT

Min. 5 yrs of experience in HIGHRISE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION (Only Apply)

Location : Indiranagar, Bangalore

Industry : Real Estate - Housing Construction Only

Expected Experience : 6-8 years

Notice Period : Immediate

Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch

Remuneration : 8 – 10 lacs per annum

Key Skills :

1) experience in handling high rise projects with positive understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.

2) Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.

3) Good statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc

4) Preference for experience in developers office

5) Co-ordination with all external consultants on board

6) Co-ordination with Execution team , site visits for design accuracy check

7) Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board

8) Good Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up , MS office
