Solar Sales Executive / Solar Consultant

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-oriented Solar Sales Executives / Solar Consultants who are eager to build a rewarding career in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Generate residential and commercial solar leads through field visits, referrals, digital enquiries, and direct marketing.
- Meet prospective customers and explain the benefits of switching to solar energy.
- Conduct basic site assessments and understand customer electricity consumption.
- Recommend suitable solar system capacity based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and present quotations, savings calculations, ROI analysis, and EMI options.
- Promote PM Surya Ghar Subsidy Scheme and Solar Loan solutions.
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Customer Consultation

Educate customers about:

- On-Grid Solar Systems
- Off-Grid Solar Systems
- Hybrid Solar Systems
- PM Surya Ghar Subsidy Process
- Solar Loan & EMI Options
- Power Generation and Long-Term Savings

Project Coordination

- Collect customer documents required for project processing.




- Update lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with survey, operations, and installation teams.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales closing ability
- Customer relationship management
- Follow-up and lead conversion skills
- Basic knowledge of electricity and solar energy concepts
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related fields preferred)
- Experience in field sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Prior experience in the solar industry is an added advantage

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience
