Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative channels to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, define selection criteria, and create job descriptions.

- Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with the organization.

- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and ensure data accuracy.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an excellent recruitment experience and acting as a brand ambassador for Enrich Money.

- Leverage recruitment analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize hiring processes.





- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement innovative recruitment methods.

- Coordinate and participate in employer branding initiatives, such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media campaigns.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.

1 Desired Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience of 3–5 years in the HR domain.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- Robust written and verbal communication skills with excellent negotiation abilities.

- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.

- Familiarity with ATS System, HRIS or HRMS platforms.
