We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Marketing Executive for our Namkeen manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our snack products, expanding distributor networks, increasing market penetration, and strengthening brand presence in retail and wholesale markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales of Namkeen products.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail dealers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, schemes, and trade offers.
- Coordinate with the production and supply chain teams for timely delivery.
- Collect market feedback and share reports with management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support new product launches and branding activities.
Required Skills:
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of FMCG and retail market operations.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Basic understanding of branding and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG / Namkeen / Snacks marketing preferred.
- Experience in distributor handling and retail marketing is an added advantage.
