Business Development Associate

Location: Noida, Sector 63
Compensation: Competitive CTC (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities while building and maintaining long-term client relationships. This is a target-driven role that requires strong sales acumen, resilience, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports, and update CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements





- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into successful business.
- Prior experience in the Pet Care Products, Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Home Improvement, FMCG, or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace and capable of delivering results under pressure.
