Lead II - Software Testing Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role Coordinate and govern all testing activities across three suppliers to ensure requirements and quality gates are met before go-live as a ServiceNow Tester. The role involves working with business SMEs and suppliers to deliver high-quality testing outcomes. Success in this role means effective test management, strong stakeholder communication, and ensuring go-live readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and govern all testing activities across three suppliers
- Review, provide feedback on, and coordinate SIT across all three suppliers
- Define and execute cross-supplier SIT scenarios
- Coordinate, support, and execute UAT with business SMEs
- Track defects and support producing sign-off documentation
- Log, assign, and track all defects across all test phases
- Lead defect triage
- Produce sprint test reports and go-live readiness assessment
- Coordinate formal sign-off





Requirements

- Lead experience in software testing
- Experience in ServiceNow Automation Testing
- Knowledge of ITOM and CMDB
- Test management and coordination experience
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Testing, including ITSM and integrations
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills

Positive to Have

- Experience with ATF or other automation of ServiceNow testing
