About the Role:
We run an online weight loss program and are looking for an energetic Dance Instructor fluent in Malayalam to conduct live virtual dance sessions as a fun, calorie-burning workout for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring high energy and motivation to help clients lose weight through dance.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct live online dance-fitness sessions ( group)
- Design high-energy choreography aimed at calorie burning and weight loss
- Keep sessions fun, engaging, and easy to follow for beginners
- Track client engagement and adjust intensity based on fitness levels
- Communicate effectively with Malayalam-speaking clients
- Ensure smooth technical delivery (good lighting, camera, enough space to move)

Requirements:

- Fluency in Malayalam (spoken)
- Experience teaching dance-fitness or dance
- Ability to design beginner-friendly, calorie-burning routines
- Stable internet connection and adequate space for movement
- Energetic, motivating communication style
