Recruitment Executive – GCC & Domestic Hiring | Immediate Joiners

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant with prior experience in a staffing/recruitment agency, preferably handling GCC (Middle East) and Domestic hiring. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, capable of managing multiple client requirements, and experienced in sourcing candidates across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic and GCC (Middle East) hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Publish and manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, ATS, and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Achieve assigned hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience in an HR consultancy or staffing agency (Mandatory).




- Experience in GCC recruitment will be a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience hiring for multiple industries and functions.
- Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Malayalam language skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working in a Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing Agency.
- Exposure to GCC/Middle East recruitment and international hiring.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days.
- Candidates with strong candidate networks and sourcing expertise will be preferred.
