Job description

Background in consulting firms such as BIM, PMC, Engineering, and Architecture, with the ability to understand technical requirements and industry trends, will be highly preferred.

Role & responsibilities

- MIS Handling
- Manage travel and hotel bookings
- CV Sourcing/HR Management
- Coordination with the internal staff.
- Hiring on all levels
- Appointment and Relieving documentation experience
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Day-to-day coordination with the staff for internal review meetings
- Managing day-to-day operations of MD and directly reporting to him
- Preparation and editing of reports, presentations, correspondences, and MIS
- Send e-mails, Screen emails, or reply to emails




- Organize and Maintain personal and official files and folders systematically
- Preparation of different daily, weekly and monthly reports, presentations, etc
- Framing HR Policies

Required Candidate profile

- Highly motivated and able to work well independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Flexibility and willingness to deal with ad-hoc assignments
- Demonstrated ability to exercise absolute discretion and maintain confidentiality

Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
