Responsibilities
- Own complete order lifecycle across Shopify, marketplaces, and omni channels
- Act as in-house expert and operational owner of Uniware OMS
- Lead warehouse coordination, packing operations, and manpower planning
- Cross-functional coordination with Customer Support
- Build SOPs and scalable processes
Requirements
- 5–8 years in e-commerce/omni operations
- Solid hands-on expertise in Uniware OMS (mandatory)
- Experience handling Shopify and marketplace fulfillment (mandatory)
- Proven leadership in warehouse or order operations
- Strong analytical thinking and independent execution mindset
