We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Ultrapolis, a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in the PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) sales model. This is a full time office-based role where sales will be conducted primarily over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential new clients interested in partnering with our company for distribution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Make new customers and manage their KYC/documents.
- Handle payment recovery activities.
- Convert inquiries into orders in a positive manner from social inquiry sites.
- Conduct sales via phone calls, ensuring high customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.




- Knowledge of the PCD sales model is a plus.
- Experience: 1 year (Freshers can also apply).
