Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Server Kitchen Hand to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This role involves assisting with food service, maintaining cleanliness, supporting kitchen preparation, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront-of-House Responsibilities

· Greet guests courteously and assist with seating when required.

· Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.

· Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.

· Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.

· Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving basic concerns.

· Assist with billing and payment processing using the POS system, where applicable.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.

Kitchen Support Responsibilities

· Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients as directed.

· Prepare straightforward food and beverage items according to standard operating procedures.

· Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

· Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations, storage areas, and equipment.

· Receive, organize, and store food supplies following FIFO and food safety guidelines.





· Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.

· Support chefs and kitchen staff during peak service hours.

· Replenish kitchen supplies and notify supervisors of low inventory.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Previous experience in a restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality environment is an advantage.

· Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

· Ability to work in both front-of-house and kitchen environments.

· Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
