Manage end-to-end inventory operations across multiple QSR outlets.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.

Handle Purchase Orders (PO), vendor management, procurement, and rate negotiations.

Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

Analyze inventory variances and implement effective wastage control measures.

Monitor food cost percentage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, and expiry management.

Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and kitchen teams for smooth inventory flow.

Maintain accurate inventory records in POS/ERP systems.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines, QSR SOPs, hygiene,



and food safety standards.

Drive process improvements to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce operational costs.

Must Have:

Minimum 3.5 years of experience in a QSR/F&B; chain.

Robust knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and stock auditing.

Hands-on experience with POS/ERP systems such as Petpooja, LimeTray, or similar software.

Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
