Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Man’s Wear Fashion Designer to design stylish, trend-driven, and commercially viable man’s apparel. The designer will be responsible for concept development, fabric selection, garment design, and coordination with sampling and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Research current fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and market demands
- Design Man’s wear collections (ethnic, western, fusion, casual, or formal as per brand focus)
- Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings
- Select fabrics, trims, embroideries, and accessories
- Develop prototypes and oversee sampling processes
- Coordinate with pattern masters, tailors, and production teams
- Ensure designs meet quality, fit, and cost standards
- Modify designs based on feedback from merchandising or buyers
- Maintain design documentation and seasonal collections
- Support photoshoots, exhibitions,



and buyer presentations if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Strong understanding of Man's & women’s wear silhouettes, fabrics, and fits
- Creativity with good color sense and styling knowledge
- Knowledge of embroidery, printing, and surface design
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.)
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple designs
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in women’s wear fashion design
- Freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
