About the Role

S.T. Group of Institutions is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing Montessori Teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of every child.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach students from Nursery to Montessori III using age-appropriate and activity-based learning methods.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Foster the development of language, numeracy, motor, cognitive, and social skills.
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom workplace.
- Use storytelling, rhymes, music, art, games, and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain student records.
- Encourage positive behaviour, discipline, and good manners.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Prepare teaching aids, classroom displays,



and learning materials.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, training programmes, and co-curricular activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- D.El.Ed. is mandatory.
- Montessori Teacher Training (MTT/NTT/ECCE) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a reputed preschool or CBSE school preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, child-friendly teaching aptitude, and a passion for early childhood education are also encouraged to apply.

- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities.
- Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude towards children.
- Ability to engage young learners through interactive teaching methods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with smart classroom technology.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
