- Client Consultation & Project Planning: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budget. This involves establishing parameters for the project's scope, timelines, and preliminary cost estimates.
- Design Development: Translating client ideas into functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This ranges from early concept sketches to detailed 3D models.
- Documentation & Drafting: Preparing detailed blueprints, technical specifications, and contract documents used by construction crews and required for bidding.
- Regulatory Compliance: Navigating local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations to ensure the design is legal, protected, and fully accessible.
- Construction Oversight: Managing contracts and visiting job sites to monitor the building process. This ensures the contractors are strictly following the architectural plans and maintaining quality standards.
