Job Purpose

Sales Support

- Complete order execution of commercial and sample orders of EV Business for Europe region.
- Close coordination with Marketing team, Production planning team & Exim team for execution of orders.
- Sales orders raising in SAP & maintaining various excel reports like stock sheet, sales MIS etc.
- Follow-ups with stakeholders until delivery of orders to customers.
- Performing sales support activities by close coordination with sales managers and supply chain team in Germany.
- Arranging reimport of rejected shipments if required.

Accounting

- VAT return filing of import shipments in Europe as per guidelines of VAT consultant.
- Preparing accounts receivables every month for Europe business and circulating collection reports daily.
- Follow-up of payments with customers via email.




- Close coordination with accounts team and providing them required data of Europe region business related to vendor payments, receivables & other audit related transactions.
- Issuing credit notes and debit notes to customers whenever required

Desired Profile

- Post Graduate preferred/ Graduation is must (Commerce Background).
- Knowledge of SAP and advance excel is MUST
- Experience in same industry is desirable.
- Knowledge of Export Import documentation is MUST
- Knowledge of Export banking is desirable.

Relevant and total experience

- Total Number of experience required -

7+ years exp in Sales Execution/ Sales support/ Sales coordination for International market

- Relevant experience required in -

6 years Min. exp.
