About the role

We are a transport planning and traffic engineering consultancy working on comprehensive mobility plans, junction improvements, road corridor design, and multi-modal projects across India. We are looking for someone who can produce accurate 2D drawings and turn them into clear 3D visualisations for client presentations and reports.

This is a combined role. You will spend part of your time on precise technical drawing and part on visualisation, so both skill sets need to be genuinely strong, not one at the expense of the other.

What you will do

- Prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD: junction improvement layouts, road cross-sections, alignment plans, signage and marking plans, and general arrangement drawings.
- Build 3D models of proposed junctions, corridors, and streetscapes from 2D plans and survey inputs.
- Produce rendered visuals and walk-through views for reports, bid documents, and client presentations.
- Work closely with transport planners and engineers to translate design intent into drawings and models accurately.




- Maintain drawing standards, layer conventions, and version control across projects.
- Revise drawings and visuals quickly during review cycles.

What we are looking for

- Diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Robust command of AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Lumion for 3D modelling and rendering. Photoshop for post-production.
- Ability to read and interpret survey drawings, road design standards, and layout plans.
- Attention to scale, dimensioning, and drawing accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple drawings across parallel projects and meet deadlines.

Good to have

- Exposure to transport or infrastructure projects (roads, junctions, urban mobility).
- Familiarity with Indian Roads Congress (IRC) drawing conventions.
- Basic GIS awareness.
