Youll partner with business teams, drive solution architecture, support pre-sales, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality delivery across projects.

What Youll Do

As a System Analyst PowerApps at LevelShift, you will:

- Design and develop custom applications using PowerApps (Canvas, Model-Driven) integrated with Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Leverage Copilot for PowerApps to accelerate development, generate formulas, and enhance user interface and experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into functional, scalable solutions.
- Implement AI-driven features and automation to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure application security, compliance, governance, and performance optimization across the Power Platform environment.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide user support for deployed applications.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to identify optimal solutions, perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior team members.
- Support pre-sales activities,



including solution walkthroughs, effort estimation, and PoC development.

Your Skillset

- 7+ years of experience in PowerApps, Power Platform, or related low-code/no-code application development roles.
- Proven experience in designing and developing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and/or Power Pages.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, business rules, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience in developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Power Automate flows.
- Experience using Copilot for PowerApps and AI-assisted development for faster and smarter solution delivery.
- Familiarity with FetchXML, Power Fx, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for advanced customization.
- Knowledge of Power Platform security concepts such as role-based access control, authentication, and environment governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications effectively.
