Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-out works at our luxury residential development. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing projects within the planned timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, Project Managers, and MEP teams.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure premium finishing standards.
- Verify measurements, material usage, and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Resolve on-site execution issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely solutions.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Monitor material delivery and coordinate with the procurement and store teams.
- Ensure timely completion of snagging and handover activities.

Required Qualifications





- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, hotels, villas, or commercial interior projects.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and execution processes.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and construction details.
- Good knowledge of site execution, measurements, BOQs, and quality control.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in luxury real estate or hospitality projects.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Shimla.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
