Role Overview

The Assistant Professor – Finance will be responsible for delivering outcome-based education, fostering industry-relevant learning, contributing to research and publications, and supporting academic excellence in line with UGC regulations, NAAC benchmarks, and private university standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Teaching & Academic Delivery

- Deliver high-quality teaching for UG and PG programs (BBA, B.Com, MBA, M.Com) in Finance-related subjects.

- Design and deliver industry-oriented, experiential, and case-based learning sessions.

- Mentor students for academic progress, internships, placements, and career development.

- Eligibility Criteria (As Per UGC Norms)

Educational Qualifications





- Master’s degree in finance / management / commerce or allied discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.

- NET / SET / SLET qualified
OR

- Ph.D. in Finance / Management / Commerce as per UGC regulations (NET/SET exemption applicable).

- Experience
- 1–5 years of teaching/research experience in higher education.

- Skills & Competencies
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Finance and Accounting
- Effective classroom management and student mentoring skills
- Familiarity with LMS, ERP, digital pedagogy tools, and academic software
