We are seeking a highly disciplined, experienced Forex Mentor to deliver our professional mentorship programs and foster community growth within our state-of-the-art hybrid educational framework and premium live Trading Hub.

Position Summary

As a Forex Mentor, you will be responsible for guiding, training, and building the trading trajectories of retail market learners. You will conduct hybrid interactive lectures and provide live-market terminal guidance. You will work closely under the strategic framework established by the Academics Head to turn foundational financial literacy courses into community milestones and structured business boons for the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Governance

- Curriculum Delivery: Lead professional mentorship programs covering global Forex Market Architecture, Currency Pairs, Cross-Currency Triangulation mechanics, Interest Rate Spreads, Macroeconomic Indicators, and Central Bank policies.
- Operational Discipline: Strictly adhere to designated class timings, batch setups, and predefined training schedules to maintain institutional quality control.
- Live Hub Mentorship: Provide active community mentorship within the tech-enabled Trademax Trading Hub,



guiding learners through multi-screen setups, live terminal trading execution, and emotion-free technical chart analysis.
- Academic Compliance: Coordinate directly with the Academics Head on all pedagogical structures, constraints, and curriculum adjustments to ensure uniform educational standards.
- Community Cultivation: Support foundational, trust-building free courses designed to increase southern India's financial literacy footprint and transition learners to advanced full-time trading paths.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Domain Expertise: Proven track record as an active market participant with profound practical experience in trading global currencies, cross-border payments risk, and general capital market derivatives.
- Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of technical chart analysis, risk allocation principles, order-flow dynamics, and mechanical options or futures parameters.
- Pedagogical Clarity: Strong capability to break down complex financial and mathematical formulas into transparent, actionable knowledge tailored for both novice retail learners and advanced traders.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and group presentation skills, ensuring clear communication, professional alignment, and structured student success.
