Job Overview: We are currently looking for a quick learner and experienced Accountant and Billing Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent knowledge of Tally and other billing software, and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records and efficient billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting: Maintain and update financial records of customers and suppliers
- Billing : Generate and process invoices accurately and timely.
- Software Proficiency
- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis and reporting as required.




- Identify and communicate financial discrepancies or irregularities.
- Customer relationship management: Maintain a good rapport with customers and maintain a stable trustworthy contact with them.Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+2 pass/fail with good English knowledge

In-depth knowledge of Tally and other billing software.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good customer relationship management.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
