About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banking Intern to join our team. This offers hands-on exposure to mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), capital raising, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution. The selected candidate will work closely with senior professionals on live mandates and gain practical experience in investment banking.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct industry, company, and market research to identify investment opportunities and emerging trends.
- Prepare market research reports, company profiles, and sector analysis.
- Assist in creating pitch books, teasers, information memorandums (IMs), and client presentations.
- Support financial analysis, company valuation, and financial modelling assignments.
- Analyze financial statements, business performance, and key financial metrics.
- Assist in due diligence, data collection, and transaction documentation for M&A; and fundraising mandates.
- Monitor capital markets, industry developments, and macroeconomic trends.
- Prepare investor and target company lists for fundraising and strategic transactions.
- Maintain deal trackers, client databases, and transaction pipelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- Perform any additional research and analytical tasks assigned by the Investment Banking team.

Eligibility





Candidates pursuing or having completed any of the following are encouraged to apply:

- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BMS, Economics, Finance, or related field)
- MBA (Finance)
- CA (Inter/Final)
- CFA (Level I or Level II)
- Master's Degree in Finance or related disciplines

Required Skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Understanding of corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Investment Banking.
