The Full Stack Development Trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in frontend and backend development, database integration, APIs, version control, and deployment. The role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions, developing course materials, mentoring students, evaluating their progress, and preparing them for industry requirements through hands-on learning and real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions in Full Stack Development.
- Teach frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries relevant to the assigned technology stack.
- Train students in backend development using the assigned programming language and framework.
- Teach database design, SQL, database integration, and CRUD operations.
- Train students in RESTful APIs, authentication, and application integration.
- Conduct practical coding sessions, lab exercises, assignments, and real-world projects.
- Develop course content, training materials, assessments, and coding challenges aligned with current industry standards.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, coding assessments, and project reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in project development, coding best practices, debugging techniques, and technical interview preparation.
- Conduct workshops, coding bootcamps, hackathons, and technical seminars.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks,



and industry trends to continuously enhance the training curriculum.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to improve student employability and placement readiness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries.
- Strong knowledge of backend development using at least one technology stack such as Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, PHP, or a similar framework.
- Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, SQL, database design, and optimization.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and application deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students develop industry-ready skills.

Preferred Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Software Developer, or Faculty in Full Stack Development.
- Experience in delivering classroom or online technical training.
- Experience in mentoring students for live projects, internships, coding competitions, and placement preparation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, or DevOps tools will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in Full Stack Development or associated technologies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
