Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for ERP, LMS, Campus Management Systems, and other EdTech SaaS solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and institutional enterprises.
- Generate new business opportunities through consultative selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer success.
Additional Responsibility (Team Lead):
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the Business Development team while achieving revenue targets.
Requirements
- Experience selling EdTech SaaS products such as School ERP, College ERP, LMS, Campus Management Systems, or related enterprise solutions.
- Strong B2B enterprise sales experience in the education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
