Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Zones IT services, including managed services, cloud solutions, security, and skilled services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and service delivery, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition efforts through digital marketing, content creation, events, and other channels.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to effectively communicate the value of Zones services.
- Manage and optimize Zones online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continually improve performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners,



and sales to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.

What you will bring to the team:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT services or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud solutions, and security.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
