-time Job Overview: We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Customer Service Agents and Ground Staff.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival
- Handle passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Check and process passengers' travel documents
- Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely operations




- Handle flight disruptions and rebook passengers as needed
- Conduct security checks as per airport regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airport or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
