Responsibilities

- Conduct market and competitor research
- Analyze AI and hospitality industry trends
- Research customer pain points and emerging opportunities
- Prepare research reports, white papers, and business documents
- Assist in Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Research potential integrations, tools, and technologies
- Support product strategy and feature analysis
- Gather and summarize insights to support business decisions

Requirements

- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good written communication
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Interest in AI, SaaS, startups, or hospitality tech
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
