About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers professionally and assist them throughout the purchase journey.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
4. Generate sales through effective customer interaction and relationship building.
5. Perform cross-selling and upselling to increase average bill value.
6. Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotional details.
7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
8. Assist customers with billing, booking, and order processing.
9. Ensure accurate customer information and transaction records.
10. Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
11. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready.
12. Maintain updated knowledge of products, offers, and services.
