Key responsibilities:

1. Manage customer emails, inquiries, and day-to-day client communication.
2. Process daily orders and maintain accurate business records.
3. Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth order execution and support.
4. Assist with accounts and general office administration.
5. Identify and support recent business development opportunities to expand the customer base.
