About the job

We don't manage clients. We build our own IPs pages, channels, and content that millions of Indians will watch. If you love video, think in frames, and want to grow alongside a company that's building something massive, this is your seat at the edit table.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit videos for Iravaa's own pages and channels, Reels, long-form, shorts, and everything in between
2. Bring scripts and raw footage to life with cuts, pacing, sound design, and motion
3. Contribute to building original IPs, not client work, but content we own and grow
4. Experiment, iterate, and push the creative boundaries of every piece of content

Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are from Ahmedabad only

Other requirements

1. 6 month of Experience

2. No degree needed





3.Must own a personal laptop/PC with Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) already installed and running

4.Must have a portfolio or reel showcasing past video editing work

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
