Requirements

- Proven experience as a Field Recruiter or similar role.
- Robust understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
