About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Editing short-form and long-form videos for BlueRose Publishers website and social media platforms.
2. Editing podcast videos, book launch videos, author interviews, event highlights, and other promotional video content.
3. Taking charge of video ideation, planning, shooting (where required), and content creation.
4. Ensuring all videos meet the marketing team's specifications, branding guidelines, and quality standards.
5. Creating and editing engaging social media reels, shorts, and other platform-specific video content.
6. Collaborating with the social media team to produce compelling visual content that promotes books, authors, and publishing initiatives.
7. Managing video assets, adding motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and color correction to enhance the overall viewing experience.
