About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound travel inquiries from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Website, and other sources.
2. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
3. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
4. Share quotations, itineraries, and package details with clients.
5. Maintain lead records and update customer information.
6. Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
7. Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
9. Assist in upselling travel services such as flights, hotels, activities, and transfers.
