Key responsibilities:
1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Conduct initial HR screening rounds
5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
6. Post job openings across various hiring platforms
7. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
8. Work closely with the HR team to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently
9. Use contemporary recruitment tools and AI-based hiring platforms when required

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
