Role Overview : As a Python FullStack Developer based in our Kolkata office, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of complex web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UI/UX designers, to translate business requirements into functional, high-quality code. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical roadmap of our platforms, ensuring that our solutions remain performant, secure, and scalable to meet the evolving needs of our users.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and Django to support high-traffic application features.- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript to enhance overall customer engagement.- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and high-speed query performance for critical business operations.- Deploy and maintain application containers using Docker to ensure consistent environments across development and production stages.- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment,



reducing time-to-market for new features.- Leverage AWS cloud services to architect reliable infrastructure that supports the long-term growth of our software products.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with Python, Django, and React.js, with a solid grasp of modern JavaScript frameworks.- Proven ability to design complex database schemas and write efficient SQL queries within PostgreSQL environments.- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure management on AWS and containerization workflows using Docker.- Proficiency in setting up and maintaining automated CI/CD workflows to streamline the software development lifecycle.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment in Kolkata, contributing to team knowledge sharing and code reviews.- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development spanning 2 to 9 years.
