Job Overview: We arecurrently hiring for Airport Ground Staff to join our team atVadodara Airport. As a member of our ground handling team, you willbe responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of allpassengers and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-incounters, gates, and baggage claim areas - Ensure the safety andsecurity of all passengers by following airport and airlineregulations - Handle passenger inquiries and provide informationabout flight schedules, delays, and other airport services - Assistpassengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors orpassengers with disabilities - Coordinate with other ground staffto ensure a timely and efficient boarding process - Conductsecurity checks and screen passengers and their luggage - Handleand resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional andcourteous manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times -Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or managerQualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellentcommunication and customer service skills - Ability to work in afast-paced and energetic environment - Strong attention to detail andability to multitask - Willingness to work flexible hours,including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to liftup to 50 pounds - Previous experience in customer service orhospitality is a plus - Knowledge of basic computer skills - Mustbe able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airportsecurity clearance Contract Details: This is a full-time positionwith a market-competitive salary and benefits package. The selectedcandidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, includingweekends and holidays. The contract will be for an initial periodof one year, with the possibility of extension based onperformance.
