Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Sr. Director – PMO / Delivery Operations to lead large-scale EdTech delivery programs, operational governance, execution excellence, and cross-functional business delivery across the organization.The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in Program Management, PMO Governance, Delivery Leadership, and Operations Management, with the ability to manage both Content and Technology delivery functions within a fast-paced EdTech environment.The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital learning ecosystems, content development lifecycle, instructional design workflows, product/technology delivery, engineering execution, and client-facing program management. Prior experience in EdTech domain will be strongly preferred, though leaders with exposure to managing large-scale learning/content + technology delivery environments will also be considered.The role requires a highly execution-driven leader who can manage enterprise delivery operations, multi-functional teams, customer relationships, operational governance, and business-critical delivery programs at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery Leadership- Drive end-to-end execution of multiple strategic delivery programs across Content, Technology, Product, and Operations teams.- Ensure projects and programs are delivered within defined timelines, quality benchmarks, and business objectives.- Establish and drive strong PMO governance frameworks, execution discipline, and delivery processes across the organization.- Manage delivery operations across multiple parallel workstreams while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.EdTech Delivery & Content Operations- Manage large-scale delivery operations involving digital learning content development, instructional design, media production, learning experience design, and content execution teams.- Ensure seamless execution of end-to-end learning content development lifecycle, from design to final delivery.- Work closely with Instructional Design, Content Development, Learning Experience, Accessibility, and Media teams to drive operational excellence.- Strong understanding of EdTech delivery ecosystem, digital learning solutions, content production workflows, and learning product development.Technology Delivery & Engineering Operations- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of technology delivery programs.- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Product Engineering, Cloud Platforms, DevOps processes, release management,



and deployment cycles.- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to align delivery execution with business priorities.- Oversee operational coordination between Content and Technology teams to ensure integrated delivery success.Client & Stakeholder Management- Act as a strategic interface between clients, business leaders, delivery teams, and executive leadership.- Manage customer communication, delivery reviews, escalations, governance meetings, and overall account management.- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and execution confidence.- Handle stakeholder escalations and drive resolution in high-pressure delivery environments.Cross Functional Leadership- Lead large cross-functional teams across Content, Instructional Design, Product, Engineering, DevOps, Delivery, QA, and Operations.- Build collaboration frameworks and ensure strong coordination across departments.- Drive accountability, ownership culture, execution discipline, and delivery excellence across teams.- Mentor delivery managers, program managers, and functional leaders.Metrics, Governance & Operational Excellence- Own organization-wide delivery metrics, dashboards, utilization tracking, productivity reporting, and project health reviews.- Monitor operational KPIs, team performance, delivery efficiency, and execution quality standards.- Drive process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce delivery bottlenecks, and enhance business outcomes.- Strong command over Excel, dashboards, management reporting systems, and operational analytics.Key Skills Required- Program Management & PMO Governance- Delivery Management & Operational Leadership- EdTech Delivery Management- Content Delivery & Learning Operations Management- Technology Delivery & Product Execution- Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management- Cross Functional Team Leadership- Project Metrics, Dashboards & Reporting- DevOps & Engineering Delivery Understanding- Operational Excellence & Process Improvement- Team Leadership & People Management- Escalation Management & Execution DisciplinePreferred Background- Prior experience in EdTech companies, Digital Learning organizations,
