We are introducing Wealth Management in Real Estate wherein we help investors in managing their Real Estate Wealth through a structured plan.
What we are looking for in Business Development Manager
- Experience: 2–3 years
- Preferred Sectors: Real Estate Advisory / Financial Services / Wealth Management
- Office Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram (On-site Role).
- Role Overview
Candidates should have knowledge of Client acquisition tools which are largely used in this industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Events, Expos and Referral networking platforms and work on ways to reach out to the investors who need this service.
- Build and manage partnerships with CAs, Wealth Advisors, and Legal Professionals
- Organise webinars, write introductory emails and hold meetings with Team-oriented partners to reach out to the client.
- Closely work with the Founder on a day-to-day basis and their other business requirements.
Eligibility & Skill Requirements
- Education: Graduate. Financial Courses or MBA are great but not compulsory.
- Sound understanding of Basic business and finance concepts
- Interest in Real estate markets across India
- Proficiency in Excel and presentations
