We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our inside sales team. This is an office-based role where you'll conduct Zoom meetings with company-provided leads, present financial solutions, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 5 Zoom meetings daily with prospective clients.
- Present and explain financial products effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM updates.
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, Insurance, or Banking.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
- Robust sales and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Presentable and professional.
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Residing within 4–5 km of Kandivali is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
